One of the things we all share is the need for food, can't live without it. We need to think about food as medicine, what we put into our bodies and how we care for it!
I get that we are all very busy and this is an area where we neglect ourselves, but the more we load up our bodies with junk food, eventually it will catch up with you and isn't spending more time and money on food cheaper in the long-run than visits to the doctor and expensive medicines that always have unwanted side effects?
A good question to ask yourself before you eat/drink another thing is will this cause inflammation in my body? Please do your own research and if it is known to do this, you don't want it in your body!

Full disclosure: I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or personal trainer, just someone who studies these topics and have implemented the information in my life with much success. I take no medicine and am quite healthy for a old gal (Thank God for that!).
