How do we as humans learn just about anything? Practice, practice, repetition and more repetition!!! If you've been busy repeating to yourself you're not enough, the world and what happens in it is all negative, you can't be happy; you need to allow yourself to embrace joy. Repetition is the best way to learn and form new positive habits. When you reiterate a positive thought, it gets into your subconscious where it can plant the seed to bring you an entire new outlook on life. Remember, like attracts like, if you're happy, you'll see more happiness everywhere. These are simple original tunes created just for you to help you stay the course. Deep in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown I woke up one day and realized I was living a life that wasn't in alignment with the gifts I was given. I decided shortly thereafter to start this mission to help others live the life they were meant to live, it's my ringtone so I never forget.
This one was written for those times when I find myself bogged down in what ever drama is going on and I lose sight of what I need to be grateful for in my life. Focusing on gratitude is key to happiness and something we all need to remember for a meaningful existance.
I have been researching happiness for a while now, I learned if you're not in a good place, keep on smiling through it. The bad times never last forever, just keep that in mind and remember to breathe, if you're in a bad place, keep a positive outlook and before you know it, you'll be back on track.
I wrote this one for anyone in a messed up relationship (as I have been), the most important relationship is with yourself, if you're with someone who doesn't make you happy, maybe rethink the person or people you're spending time with.
For anyone who has experienced a loss (and who hasn't) it is my sincere hope that this will help you get past the loss, and get back on track. Life is too short to dwell on sadness, yes, take some time to grieve your loss, then move forward!
Everyone is born into this life as a superstar, then we get older and society often makes us feel we're not good enough, not smart enough, not whatever . . . . This is a bunch of crap! You are still the superstar you knew you were as a child, just remember!

Growing up in Miami I got to know and love the Hispanic culture and especially the food and music. If you need a reason to smile, it is my hope this will give you a few seconds to tap your feet and feel alive!!
Singing is a fantastic way to release stress and tension. Doesn't matter if you can carry a tune in a bucket or not, sing it out and see if this doesn't make you feel better, I know it works wonders for me!!!
